Studio Rental Rates: ( full details and policy LINK)

Standard hourly rate – $40 (no minimal requirements*)
Discount for 8 hours and more
13hrs – 24hrs – $500 flat rate

* 1-2 hour reservations are not available from 1 am till 6am.

Rental fee to be payed in full BEFORE the photo shoot starts.

In order to book the studio, reservation deposit of $40 is required.
Reservation fee is going toward final rental cost. It is refundable if shoot is canceled in no less than 48hrs before start time.

Reservation can also be paid by check via mail, or by cash at the studio.

Reservation requests without deposit or prepayment will be placed on hold as TENTATIVE.
Tentative reservation does not appear on the web site calendar until it’s secured by reservation deposit or prepaid
Tentative reservation would be voided/cancelled if someone else reserve the same time spot with the prepayment or the deposit.
